When can I cancel?
Request cancellation in billing settings. Active subscriptions end at the end of the paid period.
When do plan changes apply?
Changes between paid plans are requested for the next billing cycle. Your dashboard shows the provider-confirmed plan.
Which invoices count?
Every saved invoice counts, including paid invoices. Existing invoices remain readable after a downgrade.
What counts as a reminder email?
An email counts when the provider accepts it. Drafts and approvals use no quota. The allowance resets monthly in UTC.
